I work with most presentations, including anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship challenges.
I specialise in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety related presentations - if this is your challenge I can offer a specialist treatment plan.
For couples therapy, the focus is on learning to communicate more effectively and deepening a sense of self within the relationship. You will develop useful strategies to resolve difficulties and cultivate a sense of compassion.
I also have a strong interest in helping those living with eco-anxiety as we face a growing climate crisis and increasing uncertainty.
In addition to individual and couples therapy, I facilitate group sessions and workshops.
When doing group work with communities and corporates, I teach self-compassion and mindfulness techniques, so that participants can use these to better manage everyday stressors.
